Health Events/Notes:
* Diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy at 5 months old, believed to have been brought on by a severe reaction to bordetella vaccine. First grand mal seizure occurred 2 hours after vaccination, another the following day, and a cluster of 4 seizures occurred at the age of 8 months after having been on phenobarbital for over 60 days. No seizure activity of any kind from October 2016 to present; has been completely off of phenobarbital since February 2020. No immediate or distant relatives known to suffer from epilepsy.
* Abnormal kidney values on blood test performed 2/5/2019, results recorded with OFA. On phenobarbital at that time (no phenobarb given since February 2020), no renal issues to date.
* Neutered in July 2019 at age 3; no pups produced.

February 5, 2019 - Graphic from OFA website displaying one missing tooth - Premolar 105, on Kodi's right upper jaw. I am not sure if he knocked this out as a pup or it just never came in, but it is completely missing, not broken off.
